Et pourtant, cela me convenait parfaitement. Je sentais mon corps retrouver souplesse, force et l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9\u2026 et petit \u00e0 petit, quelque chose se passait. Comme si je commen\u00e7ais \u00e0 en comprendre les rouages. Et puis il y avait cette s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9, cette paix int\u00e9rieure qui m\u2019envahissait \u00e0 la fin de chaque s\u00e9ance. C\u2019est l\u00e0 que j\u2019ai compris ce qu\u2019\u00e9tait fondamentalement le yoga.<\/p><p data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"1390\">C\u2019est tout l\u2019art du yoga : se pr\u00e9senter sans objectif, sans pression, et recevoir ce dont on a besoin, \u00e0 son propre rythme. J\u2019ai pers\u00e9v\u00e9r\u00e9, et tr\u00e8s vite, je me suis demand\u00e9 comment il \u00e9tait possible de courir sans cesse apr\u00e8s le temps, les obligations, les d\u00e9lais, sans jamais s\u2019accorder ce moment pour ralentir. S\u2019arr\u00eater, offrir \u00e0 mon corps et \u00e0 mon int\u00e9rieur cet instant de pr\u00e9sence, est devenu une \u00e9vidence. Pas de comp\u00e9tition, pas d\u2019objectifs, ni gagnants, ni perdants. Cela peut sembler \u00e9trange ou vide de sens pour certains\u2026 mais sur le tapis, avec un peu de d\u00e9tachement, tout l\u2019inverse se produit. Je vous invite sinc\u00e8rement \u00e0 explorer cette voie, quel que soit votre \u00e2ge ou votre condition physique : le yoga s\u2019adapte \u00e0 chacun.<\/p><p data-start=\"1808\" data-end=\"2283\">Plus r\u00e9cemment, j\u2019ai ressenti le besoin d\u2019approfondir ma compr\u00e9hension de cette pratique, d\u2019en explorer les origines et les effets. J\u2019ai alors suivi une formation de 200 heures au centre SATTVIC \u00e0 Nantes. Ce fut une exp\u00e9rience intense, hors du temps : une plong\u00e9e dans l\u2019histoire du yoga, ses racines, sa transmission vers l\u2019Occident\u2026 et une red\u00e9couverte fascinante de notre corps \u00e0 travers l\u2019anatomie. Cette exploration n\u2019est que le d\u00e9but, et j\u2019ai encore tant \u00e0 apprendre.<\/p><p data-start=\"2285\" data-end=\"2522\">Cet enthousiasme m\u2019a naturellement conduite vers l\u2019enseignement. Aujourd\u2019hui, j\u2019ai \u00e0 c\u0153ur de partager ce cheminement, d\u2019offrir un moment de bien-\u00eatre, une parenth\u00e8se de d\u00e9connexion\u2026 ou peut-\u00eatre d\u2019initier certains \u00e0 cette voie du yoga.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1f7a8d9f e-con-full e-flex e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"1f7a8d9f\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-197f8eca elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"197f8eca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">MES STUDIOS DE YOGA ET ENSEIGNANTES CHOUCHOUS <br><\/span>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-075ad65 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"075ad65\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Il est important pour moi de vous pr\u00e9senter ces lieux et ces personnes qui ont enrichi ma pratique du yoga dans toute sa profondeur. Le yoga est un voyage altruiste, une aventure de c\u0153ur sans destination pr\u00e9cise, qui se transmet \u00e0 travers les rencontres. En effet, Ces belles \u00e2mes crois\u00e9es sur mon chemin ont tiss\u00e9 une toile pr\u00e9cieuse, pr\u00e9sente dans chacune de mes s\u00e9ances.\nJe vous invite \u00e0 les d\u00e9couvrir, que ce des pens\u00e9es trop fortes et du temps qui file toujours trop vite, il m\u2019a appris \u00e0 faire un pas de c\u00f4t\u00e9. \u00c0 regarder la vie sous son angle le plus lumineux.<\/p><p data-start=\"367\" data-end=\"730\">Il m\u2019a appris \u00e0 savourer le temps plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 courir derri\u00e8re lui, \u00e0 accueillir les choses du bon c\u00f4t\u00e9, avec un peu plus de douceur et beaucoup plus de pr\u00e9sence.<br data-start=\"528\" data-end=\"531\" \/>\u00c0 me rapprocher de mon corps, \u00e0 \u00e9couter ces sensations fines qui, jusque-l\u00e0, passaient presque inaper\u00e7ues\u2014celles qui me permettent aujourd\u2019hui de mettre tout en \u0153uvre pour vivre en harmonie avec lui.<\/p><p data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"883\">Le yoga m\u2019a aussi ouvert \u00e0 ce qui ne se voit pas : les \u00e9nergies, les mouvements plus subtils, ce qui circule en nous sans bruit mais transforme
